Seahawks sign Kenneth Odumegwu & Quinton Bohanna to practice squad

(RENTON)- The Seahawks signed defensive tackle Quinton Bohanna and defensive end Kenneth Odumegwu to their practice squad on Wednesday, according to seahawks.com.

Those additions come a day after Seattle released defensive tackle Kyon Barrs and tackle Max Pircher from the practice squad. Odumegwu, who is from Nigeria, fills the international player spot on the practice squad, allowing the Seahawks to have a total of 17 players. Pircher, who is from Italy, previously was Seattle's international player on the practice squad.

Odumegwu, who is 6-foot-6, 269-pounds, and is a native of Anambra State in southeast Nigeria, spent last season on Green Bay's practice squad after being allocated to the Packers as part of the NFL's International Player Pathway program (IPP).

Bohanna, who is 6-foot-4, 327 pounds, came into the league as a sixth-round pick out of Kentucky in the 2021 draft, and has spent time with the Cowboys, Lions and Titans over the past three seasons.
