(SKAGIT COUNTY)- The Board of County Commissioners will hold a work session on Tuesday, October 28 at 10:15 a.m. to discuss the third draft of the Critical Areas Ordinance Update. The work session will focus on the overall proposed amendments, comments received on the second draft, and revisions made in response, as outlined in the memo linked below. The third draft is available now and the comment period will be open from Thursday October 30, 2025, to Friday November 14, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. The Board of County Commissioners are scheduled to possibly take action on the Critical Areas Ordinance on November 25, 2025 at 10:15 a.m., according to a news release from the county.
