(BURLINGTON)– Both directions of Interstate 5 will see daytime right lane reductions Wednesday, July 15, in Burlington and north of Ferndale.
Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will perform variable messaging sign maintenance work during the lane closures, according to a news release from the agency.
The right lane of southbound I-5 will close at Cook Road (milepost 232) in Burlington from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The right lane of northbound I-5 will close at Loomis Trail Road (milepost 271) in Custer from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
People traveling through the area should expect delays during the lane reductions.
