Seahawks sign running back T.J. Harden & cornerback Jordan Washington

(SEATTLE)- The Seahawks added running back T.J. Harden and cornerback Jordan Washington to its roster on Wednesday, according to seahawks.com.

Cornerback Brandon Johnson, who was signed in July and outside linebacker Garrett Nelson, who was signed this week were both waived to make room on the 90-man roster, with Johnson being waived with an injury designation.

Harden went undrafted out of SMU this year, signed with the Cleveland Browns in May and was released by the Browns this week.

Washington, who spent rookie minicamp with the Seahawks, went undrafted out of Stanford.
